I was in Tuxego Saturday, 18 October, and Pat assisted me in selecting a tux.
I want you to know that I was very impressed with her knowledge and really pleased with her customer service. Formal wear is unfamiliar to me - she could have sold me anything and pushed me out the door.
Instead she took the time to go over details with me and most important, when I made a bad choice in choosing my accessories, instead of staying silent and laughing later, she assisted me in making better choices that without question are better than my plan.
She taught me how to fold a pocket square and took her time taking my measurements to get them right - and she didn't mind answering my questions and she educated me on things to look for when I buy other clothing.
Bottom line - she did a terrific job and really went the extra distance in my opinion. I had put this off for a while because I didn't expect to enjoy it - but I left Tuxego feeling confident in my final look and that will make a difference at the event - there's enough stress without worrying that your tux is not right.
Not only will I use Tuxego for my formal wear in the future - and my need seems to be increasing - but I will definitely time my visits to meet her schedule. I'm sure all your staff is of very high quality but I like staying with a winner.
